Yes, we currently use Whatsapp and Zoom to assist video consultations with patients. In order to schedule a video consultation with our doctor, we will receive basic information about you and photos to review for Dr.Lee. Please send us your photos in different angles with your questions and concerns through Whatsapp, and we will show your photos to Dr.Lee for comments and recommendations. After an initial photo consultation, you may move forward to a video consultation.

We would love to provide you with a simulation but, unfortunately, we do not offer simulation anymore. Please understand that this is due to the limitation of the technology since the results from the computer can never be the same as the surgery results. Instead, we provide extensive number of before and after cases for you to refer.

Sure, it is possible. Please note that most surgeries are booked at least 2 weeks to 2 months ahead and you may not be able to get surgeries right after your in-person consultation without reservations.

As we do receive a high volume of inquiries everyday, we try our best to respond on time. We recommend booking the surgery 1-3 months in advance. Please note that availability depends on the situation and we cannot hold your surgery date unless you send a deposit.

Yes, Dr. Myung Ju Lee is the founder and chief surgeon of VIP Plastic Surgery Center. He performs all surgeries, procedures, and post-care services. The clinic is fully operated by Dr.Lee and we are proud to continue to work with our best team members.

Although we have many patients from Indonesia, we do not have any branches in other countries nor cities.

Please note, we will need your medical history, list of medications and/or vitamins you take. You will also need to undergo health check tests. It can be done either in Korea before the surgery, or you can do it beforehand in your country but within one week before the surgery. If you decide to make a health check in Korea, please, count in a few extra days for the test results to get ready. Please send an inquiry about the pre-surgery checklist for further guidance.

We provide post-care for all our patients. After the surgery you will need to visit the clinic for Dr.Lee’s check-ups everyday until the stitches are out. We also provide a complimentary skincare service to soothe your skin and fasten your recovery. Furthermore, our building consists of 24 hours nursing service in case of medical needs. We provide medical room services such as nursing service and meal service after your surgery as well.

Due to constant changes of travel restrictions, please check the Korean embassy’s website of your country (citizenship) to check the most updated and accurate policy. Requirements differ from country to country, but Korea has opened its borders for most countries.

With most passports, if you enter directly to CJU (Jeju) airport, you do not need a visa for your trip. Most international CJU flights are from Singapore and Shanghai. However, if you would like to visit any other cities outside of the island, you may need to prepare a visa in advance. This also applies for flights entering from ICN and GMP. Please check the Korean embassy website to check whether you need a visa according to your citizenship.

From GMP airport, it takes about 50 minutes to fly to CJU airport. VIP PS is located 5-min away from CJU airport. (Jeju city center)

For solo-travel patients, we provide nurse care for the first 24-hours after major surgeries such as face lift, rhinoplasty, and facial contouring. Many of our international patients travel by themselves without any problems. If you book your surgery date we provide complimentary accommodation which is located in the same building as the clinic, therefore you don’t have to travel for your appointments.

Sure, the accommodation can fit up to 2 people, so you can bring one more person to take care of you.

We do provide meals for patients who undergo major surgeries that require hospitalization and meals are provided only for the hospitalization period. On the 2-3rd day after the surgery food and meals have to be taken care of by the patients. As there are many restaurant and delivery options, we can guide you based on your preferences.

It might be possible for some people, in case they have similar facial structure. However, in most cases it is quite difficult to create the same appearance as all people have different bone structure, muscles and tissues. It is especially difficult when it comes to different nationalities.

First of all, please understand every person has asymmetrical faces to some degree. Most cases of facial asymmetry are involved with asymmetrical facial bone structure which is very difficult to change and very dangerous, too. Dr. Lee always strives for the best results, but please understand that perfect symmetry is difficult to achieve.
