Eye Surgery, Face Lift, Fat graft | VIP Anti-Aging Package – Asian Female

VIP anti-aging package post op 10 months before after photos
These photographs show the results at 10 months post operation for a 60s female patient who underwent multiple facial rejuvenation procedures. The main goal was to address droopy skin on the face and neck, nasolabial folds, jowls, eye bags, hooded eyes, and a turkey neck, all while preserving her natural features and expressions.
Patient Profile and Concerns
Age/Sex: 60s, female
Main Concerns: droopy skin on the face and neck, nasolabial folds, jowls, eye bags, hooded eyes, turkey neck
Objective: remove loosen skin, look fresher and younger without losing her own features.
Surgeries Performed
01. Extended deep plane facelift: incision made along the ears, dissection of the SMAS layer to the anterior part of the cheek for effective lifting of the nasolabial folds.
02. Platysmal necklift: extended incision line from the facelift incision to lift the neck’s SMAS layer and release muscle tension.
03. Middle neck plication: a small incision underneath the chin was used to access and tie the neck muscles that form a turkey neck, improving jawline and neck contour.
Endoscopic forehead brow lift: incisions made inside the hairline (6 incisions, each 1 cm). An endoscope was used to dissect and pull the entire forehead and brow area upward, releasing glabellar muscles and lifting skin over the upper nasal bridge.
04. Fat grafting: fat harvested from the abdominal area and purified. The autologous fat was used to add volume to the forehead, temples, upper cheeks, nasolabial folds, and chin.
05. Buccal fat lift: deep tissues inside the face that contributed to jowls were lifted upward.
06. Upper blepharoplasty: loosened skin was removed while maintaining the original eyelid crease.
07. Lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy: an incision along the lower eyelid crease allowed repositioning of fat to flatten under-eye areas, with canthopexy to prevent ectropion. Excess skin was removed.
Recovery and Anesthesia
Anesthesia: General anesthesia with IV sedation (TIVA)
Recovery Time: Two weeks for initial healing; four months for more complete results. Photos were taken at 10 months post-op.
Outcome
Overall, the result shows a fresher, younger appearance without an artificial look. Facial expressions remain natural, excess skin has been removed, and under-eye bags are no longer visible.
